About Us

Education and Development Initiatives Uganda [EDI UGANDA] is a Company Limited by Guarantee incorporated in 2014. At the apex of its governance is the Board of Directors, which is responsible for making policies and determining strategic program areas. The Board appoints full and part-time professionals as well as volunteers who undertake the design and delivery of programme activities.

EDI Uganda is a professional and fully institutionalized entity with its own premises for offices and training purposes situated at Plot 3 Republic Street in Njeru Muncipality, Buikwe district near Nile Bridge some 75 km East of Kampala capital city. Our physical, institutional and social network infrastructure has attained the minimum capacity to ensure long-term and sustainable engagement in development work.
